Job Description
Airtable, a leading no-code app platform, is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist enterprise customers in navigating and maximizing the features of the Airtable platform. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do
- Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance on technical issues via email and video calls.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by actively listening to concerns and resolving issues effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when necessary.
- Accurately document customer interactions in Salesforce and track trends for process improvements.
- Contribute to Airtable’s knowledge base by creating helpful resources based on customer interactions.
- Educate customers on best practices and new features to optimize their workflows.
Who You Are
- Experienced in enterprise-focused technical support, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and technical aptitude to solve complex problems.
- Naturally curious and eager to continuously learn.
- Proficient in tools like Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite.
