Job Description
The Content Operations and Strategy (COS) team at Amazon is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality, user-centered content consumed by our Selling Partners and Support Associates. As a Sr. Content Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining content products that are clear, concise, and useful for our customers.
You will work with various teams to curate content in the Compliance/Account Health vertical, author high-quality customer support documentation, and influence content development to ensure quality. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal business partners, manage deadlines effectively, drive innovation within your role, and develop key stakeholder relationships.
Basic Qualifications
– Extensive experience working as an editor, technical writer, or content developer
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong proofreading skills and experience creating style guides
– Proficiency in DITA and CMS
– Experience with content management systems and translation processes
– Ability to work cross-culturally and in agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in a multi-language, e-commerce publishing environment
– Knowledge of content management systems, content tools, and SEO
– Passion for learning new tools and techniques
