The Opportunity:
As a Specialist I, Client Success, you will play a vital role in helping individuals move forward in their mental health journey. By connecting with clients at various stages, you will provide empathy, clarity, and encouragement to help them access the care they need. Whether it’s guiding clients through decision-making processes, re-engaging those who have hesitated, or collaborating with internal teams, your impact will be significant.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Re-engage prospective and early-stage clients through high-empathy outreach.
- Coach clients through key decision-making moments.
- Document and track client interactions using tools like Intercom.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless support.
- Champion continuous improvement in the overall care experience.

Employment Type:
Full Time, Non-Exempt
Base Compensation:
The base compensation range for this position is $21.63 – $24.04 USD per hour, with additional monthly variable commission opportunities.
