Job Description:
We’re seeking an energetic and curious Solutions Specialist to join our team, focused on helping small and mid-sized businesses get the most out of their trial experience with Knack. In this customer-facing role, you’ll serve as a trusted guide for prospective customers—engaging with them during their trial, understanding their goals and challenges, performing demos related to their use case, and helping them determine whether Knack is the right fit.
As a Solutions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our customers’ success journey and our company’s success. You will be responsible for trial engagement, onboarding, discovery, consultative sales, and cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who is customer-centric, experienced with selling products, driven, engaging, tech-savvy, and has a strong tech-stack. Bonus points if you have experience in SaaS, no-code/low-code platforms, or software training.
