Role Description
Are you a seasoned professional in strategy, transformation, or international business within the beverage, CPG, or wellness industry? If so, Celsius Holdings is seeking a Senior Director of International Strategy & Transformation to drive global growth for its energy drink brands, Celsius and Alani Nu.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager of International and cross-functional partners to execute high-impact market entry strategies, route-to-market designs, and organizational transformation programs. This is a global position that involves regular international travel.
Responsibilities
International Growth Strategy & Market Prioritization: Define international expansion strategies and market archetypes, conduct assessments, and develop playbooks for priority markets.
Brand & Portfolio Integration: Align and integrate Celsius and Alani Nu go-to-market strategies across regions, ensuring clarity in brand positioning and localized innovation.
Route-to-Market Planning & Commercial Model Design: Assess and support implementation of go-to-market models tailored to regional requirements; improve scalability and operational efficiency.
Business Transformation Initiatives: Lead key work-streams on operating model evolution, pilot programs, and capability building. Develop tracking tools to measure ROI and success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership and key functional areas (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal) to ensure strategy alignment and delivery.
Requirements
– 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or international business within beverage, CPG, or wellness.
– Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic planning and business modeling.
– Understanding of global distribution and expansion strategies.
– Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across diverse regions.
– Communication skills suited for senior leadership.
– Global mindset with willingness to travel.
