Job Description

The Seller Support Associate position at Amazon is a unique opportunity for individuals based in Cebu who are looking to work remotely. As a Seller Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact between Amazon and our business partners, providing operational support to merchants selling on the Amazon platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer focus.

Working Conditions

– Candidate must be physically based in Cebu.
– Weekly Off: Rotational two-consecutive day off.
– Willing to interact with sellers over calls/email/chat.
– 5 days’ work week with flexible hours.
– Currently on a 24/7 shift depending on business needs.
– 2 weeks minimum training onsite in Cebu IT Park.
– WFH requirements include dedicated workspace, reliable internet connection, and access to a mobile phone.

Basic Qualifications

– High School graduate with 3 years of BPO experience or College graduate with 1 year of BPO experience.
– Excellent written and spoken English skills.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and make complex decisions.
– Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
– Customer handling and conflict resolution skills.
– Analytical and detail-oriented approach.
