Job Description
WRS Health is currently looking for a detail-oriented Business Contract Specialist / Paralegal to join their team in a remote capacity. This role involves managing legal documentation, contract agreements, and supporting HR-related legal activities within the U.S. healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
– Drafting, reviewing, and preparing various legal agreements
– Managing the contract database and ensuring accuracy in documentation
– Conducting legal research to support company initiatives
– Resolving legal issues and disputes effectively
– Assisting with drafting and executing legal agreements and supporting HR activities
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies; Juris Doctor a plus
– 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in U.S. healthcare contracts
– Familiarity with contract management tools like Concord
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
– Strong background in HR and labor law
– Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines
Location and Hours
This is a full-time Independent Contractor position that is remote. Candidates must be available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST).
