Job Description

As a Recruiter at Sagility, you will play a vital role in the successful operation of the Call Center by recruiting, screening, testing, and selecting employees. You will act as an information source and strategic business partner in all phases of recruiting for the organization.

Requirements

– Education: BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
– Experience: 1 to 2 years of human resources experience, preferably in a recruiting role.
– Mandatory Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, decision-making ability, conflict management skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
– Preferred Skills: Intermediate knowledge of PC applications, bilingual in Spanish.

Roles & Responsibilities

– Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.
– Meet daily recruiting metrics.
– Assist in specific projects as directed by HR.
– Ensure compliance with internal audit processes and state/federal laws.
– Coordinate corporate and facility functions.
– Implement branding and marketing strategies.
– Onboard new employees and maintain partnerships with employment agencies.
