Description & Requirements
Maximus is looking for a Quality Control / Quality Assurance Admin III to support our DMCS program under our Department of Education portfolio. This position is temporary and is expected to last approximately 6 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide quality control reviews for functions supporting the Debt Management Collection Services (DMCS) program.
– Monitor incoming calls and other work types to assess the quality of service provided.
– Conduct call monitoring sessions to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards.
– Evaluate interactions between callers and workers and provide appropriate feedback.
Additional Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Monitor and evaluate correspondence and phone activities.
– Maintain and update databases, scorecards, reports, and documents accurately.
– Identify trends in information provided by agents to identify areas of improvement.
– Demonstrate appropriate judgment with confidential information.
Minimum Requirements:
– High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.
– Associate degree preferred.
– Accurate data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
– Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
