Job Title: Provider Data Specialist

Location: United States (Remote)

Job Description:

The Provider Data Specialist role at BroadPath involves maintaining accurate provider data and supporting healthcare operations by assisting with credentialing updates. Your responsibilities will include updating provider demographics, managing data related to credentialing and contracts, and resolving issues related to claims and provider records. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure provider information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in internal databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update provider demographics, certifications, and relevant documentation
  • Enter and manage data related to provider credentialing and contracts
  • Make outbound calls to verify information or resolve discrepancies
  • Support providers and internal staff by explaining data requirements and addressing questions
  • Research and help resolve issues related to claims, eligibility, and provider records

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of healthcare experience in provider data, network support, or related areas
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Familiarity with managed care and provider reimbursement preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
