Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in customer service and/or healthcare environment
- Minimum two years healthcare insurance coverage/benefit experience
- Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare insurance and medical terminology
- Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 – $31.30 per hour. Actual salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, and location. This position is also eligible for additional incentives.
