The Role
As an Outreach Specialist at Arine, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified by our platform. Under the supervision of a Clinical Support and Pharmacist Team Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in resolving medication-related issues and facilitating clinical interventions. This temporary position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on patient care and outcomes.
What You’ll be Doing
– Engaging pharmacies by phone to deliver Arine’s services on behalf of patients’ health plans
– Identifying and creating follow-up tasks for escalation to a pharmacist
– Obtaining provider and patient information for clinical interventions
– Accurate record-keeping in Arine’s software platform
– Participating in process improvement meetings to optimize workflows
Who You Are and What You Bring
We are looking for candidates with at least 6 months of experience in a high-volume call center in a healthcare environment. Strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with auto dialers is a plus. If you are passionate about improving patients’ lives and have a team player mindset, we want to hear from you.
Remote Work Requirements
This role is remote, but you may be required to attend on-site meetings occasionally. A stable high-speed internet connection and a private work area are essential for telephonic and remote work.
