As an Outbound Call Agent, you will play a crucial role in enrolling patients referred to Cadence by our partner physicians.

Responsibilities

As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients referred to Cadence. Your responsibilities will include clearly communicating program details, benefits, and expected outcomes to patients, facilitating virtual patient enrollments, building rapport with patients, and maintaining high-quality patient interactions while meeting productivity targets.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in a healthcare services organization, conducting a high volume of outbound calls, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality. You should also be comfortable using CRM platforms, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding patient experiences.
