Job Responsibilities
As a Medical Claims Follow-Up Specialist, your role will involve using the Artiva workflow management system to follow up on patient bills and claims, analyze information to identify root causes of denied claims, and ensure timely filing guidelines are met for maximum reimbursement. You will also escalate complex accounts to management and discuss root cause issues for effective resolution.
Compensation
