Are you a dynamic Marketing Operations Manager looking to lead marketing initiatives aligned with a global brand’s guidelines and regional strategies? Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Operations EMEA, you will be responsible for strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, budget oversight, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

– Lead and execute Celsius’ Swedish marketing strategy
– Develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
– Conceptualize marketing activity playbooks, including product launches
– Own marketing budgets and accountability for P&L
– Collaborate effectively with various teams for strategic alignment
– Manage Public Relations activities and media interactions

Requirements

– Experience in FMCG brand/trade marketing and campaign execution
– Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and communication skills
– Fluency in Swedish and English
– Personal traits include creativity, confidence, organization, proactivity, and teamwork
