Job Description
Are you an experienced and technically-savvy designer who loves building tools that empower others to create? At Battle Road, we are innovating in the field of simulations and operations, and we need your expertise to help us revolutionize the way content is created in our platform. Join us on this exciting journey and make a real impact in the world of simulation design.
Required Qualifications
– 4+ years experience in systems design, UX, or tools design for games, game engines, simulation platforms, or creative tools
– Strong understanding of simulation/game development workflows
– Experience with visual scripting systems
– Comfortable working closely with engineers
– Empathy for non-technical users
– Familiarity with Godot or interest in learning it
Preferred Qualifications
– Located in the Washington D.C. or Orlando, FL area
– Experience working with simulation, modeling, defense, or game-based technologies
– Active or previously held security clearance is a plus
Physical Work Requirements
– You can sit, operate a computer, and a phone for extended periods
– Work is primarily performed indoors
