Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team in creating entities, AI behaviors, scenarios, and level designs for AtomEngine. You will work closely with customers to ensure that the content meets high standards of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the content creation team
– Master internal tools and set quality standards
– Define content pipelines
– Work with customers to align on objectives
– Monitor production progress
– Collaborate with engineering and tools teams

Required Qualifications

– 5+ years in game or simulation content creation
– Ability to create content using modern game engine workflows
– Experience with production pipelines

– Eligibility for a U.S. government security clearance
