Job Description
As a Lead Data Scientist at Blend, you will spearhead the development of advanced AI-powered systems on Databricks. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing end-to-end AI pipelines, developing scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. If you have a background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and experience with Databricks ecosystem, this role is perfect for you.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, 7+ years of Data Science experience, and expertise in Databricks ecosystem. Strong Python and PySpark skills, familiarity with AI frameworks, and experience with MDM platforms are also essential. Preferred skills include knowledge of agentic AI architectures, Azure Data Hub, and data governance.
