Responsibilities

As a Large Enterprise Account Executive, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new large enterprise business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Coordinating with Udemy Business teams to ensure customer satisfaction, expansion, and retention.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand clients’ business objectives and challenges.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Leading negotiations and closing complex sales deals, ensuring contracts are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 7+ years of closing experience in B2B Enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
  • Proven history of exceeding targets in selling licenses/products/subscriptions to large Enterprise organizations.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry, ideally within learning and development, HR tech, or digital transformation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a collaborative mindset.
