Key Responsibilities

• Review legitimacy and accuracy of submitted documents by sellers
• Evaluate personal and business information from sellers
• Maintain high ethics and integrity with respect to critical data
• Communicate effectively with third-party sellers
• Consistently achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards

Basic Qualifications

• Proficient in Korean and Business level of Japanese/English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office
• Team player
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience in customer service/retail supporting Mandarin-speaking customers
• Knowledge of fraud/risk management environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Passionate commitment to Amazon’s customer-centric approach
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail-oriented
