- Installing and supporting Windows and Mac based hardware and software
- Responding to support requests on a daily basis
- Performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems
- Documenting and maintaining an inventory of all computing equipment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelorβs degree in a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
