Job Description
As a Growth Marketing Specialist at Headway, you will be part of a team that is focused on improving access to mental health care through innovative marketing strategies. You will design and launch paid marketing campaigns, collaborate with channel leads, and continuously optimize performance to drive business impact.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in impactful growth marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on channels such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and more. You should be highly curious, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with a passion for driving results.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected base pay range for this position is $84,320 – $124,000, with additional performance-based variable compensation and equity opportunities. Headway offers a comprehensive benefits package, including equity compensation, medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, and more.
