– Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on client needs
Requirements
– Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success or account management roles
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
– Experience with CRM software is a plus
