About This Role

As a Customer Care Advocate at iRhythm, you will have the responsibility of delivering accurate and timely support to patients and providers throughout the device wear process. Your role will involve resolving inquiries efficiently, making outbound calls to patients, managing tickets/emails, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and participate in training sessions.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Strong communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information calmly

Preferred:

• Experience in healthcare or medical devices
• Background in health insurance or financial counseling
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will be required to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays. After the first 90 days of employment, shifts are reviewed quarterly, and adjustments may be requested. You may occasionally be required to work in-office for training or team days.
