As a Concierge Advocate, you will serve as a direct point of contact for members’ questions and concerns, acting as a liaison between the member and internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in call center, customer service, concierge, or hospitality. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle complex calls are essential. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are also key to success in this position.
