Description:

The Retail Business Services group at Amazon is seeking dynamic and talented associates to participate in a new program to scale vendor management worldwide in Mexico. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring Amazon remains competitive in the online retail space by providing the best price, wide selection, and good product information. As a Catalog Associate, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with vendors and providing operational support to both vendors and vendor managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Amazon Events and Marketing campaigns as a catalog lead in the Merchandising team.
• Work with vendors to ensure efficient operations on our tools.
• Drive operational metrics, meet SLAs, and exceed ambitious business goals by engaging with vendors and internal partners.
• Suggest process improvements and assist in driving them to completion.
• Execute tasks to add selection, reduce defects, increase revenue, and reduce costs for customers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• 6-12 months of working experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales or account management experience
