As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and accurate manner. You will troubleshoot issues, prepare adjustments for services, and ensure that responses to inquiries meet established service and quality standards. This role involves communication through various channels, including written, telephonic, and face-to-face interactions.

Requirements

– High School Diploma or GED required
– 6 months of Customer Service experience in a customer-facing role
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure
– Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
