Key Job Responsibilities
– Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
– Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
– Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives
– Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks during shifts
– Work in varying environmental conditions
Basic Qualifications
– 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience
– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
– 1+ years of performance metrics or process improvement experience
