Job Summary
The Medical Service Coordinator serves as the primary contact for coordinating medical services and patient care. Responsibilities include addressing client, patient, and provider inquiries, mentoring colleagues, and performing administrative duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Care: 70%
- Address routine and complex client inquiries
- Resolve client escalations
- Demonstrate exceptional care qualities
Collaboration: 10%
- Provide accurate information to clients
- Mentor colleagues on effective client interactions
Administration: 20%
- Research and provide resolutions to inquiries
- Meet established KPIs
- Demonstrate understanding of regulatory requirements
Educational and Experience Requirements
2 years of post-high school education or 3+ years of experience is required. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Knowledge of company products and services
- Proficient customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Demonstrate core values of the company
Physical/Mental Demands & Work Environment
This position will be performed in the colleague’s home. The job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions. The colleague must manage moderate to significant mental stress.
