You will utilize your customer service skills, healthcare knowledge, and attention to detail to support our innovative specialty pharmacy operation.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in customer service and/or healthcare environment
• Minimum two years healthcare insurance coverage/benefit experience
• Minimum one year experience working in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with healthcare insurance and medical terminology
• Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred

Education

Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 – $31.30 per hour. Actual salary offer will depend on factors such as experience, education, and location. This position is also eligible for additional incentives.
