Responsibilities
This role involves interacting with clients and client representatives via phone, email, and mail to secure the return of company rental equipment. You will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products, and complaints.
Qualifications
We are interested in speaking to individuals who have a High School Diploma or GED, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and with teams. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are also required.
