Position: Bilingual/Spanish – Member & Provider Services Reps.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will serve as the first line of support for our stakeholders by providing accurate and thorough information to current and prospective members, providers, and internal customers about our various health plans. As a bilingual representative, you will help us staff our Spanish call lines and assist callers in both English and Spanish. This role not only provides a valuable service to our members but also offers opportunities for long-term growth and advancement within our company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior professional work experience, ideally with customer service
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or other language is highly desirable
• Able to work from home with high-speed internet access
