Job Summary:

As a Member & Provider Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders, providing accurate information about our health plans. This role offers the opportunity to make a difference daily and serves as a stepping stone for long-term growth within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

– Interacting with customers to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service
– Managing a high volume of inbound calls from members and providers
– Documenting interactions accurately and in compliance with standards
– Collaborating with teams to achieve departmental goals
– Demonstrating flexibility and reliability in supporting department needs

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
– Prior experience in customer service roles
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Ability to work from a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
– Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, or another language is a plus
