About the Role
As a Customer Care Advocate at iRhythm, you will play a crucial role in providing front-line support in our high-volume, inbound Contact Center. Your responsibilities will include assisting patients and providers with professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to provide empathetic, personalized support, verify insurance, investigate benefits coverage, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2-3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information and stressful situations calmly and professionally. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or patient-focused environments is a plus.
Work Environment
iRhythm provides 24/7 patient support, and shifts may include weekends and holidays. After the first 90 days of employment, shifts are reviewed quarterly, and adjustments may be requested to align with business needs. A secure, private, distraction-free home office setup with reliable high-speed internet is essential for this role.
Performance Expectations
As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be expected to maintain quality scores, comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards, achieve service-level metrics, and demonstrate strong attendance and schedule adherence.
