About the Role
PayPal is seeking a Content Designer to work on Crypto and Merchant Lending projects. As part of the team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to create user experiences that empower people and businesses around the world.
Responsibilities
– Plan and write UX content for web and mobile experiences
– Collaborate with Design on page layout, interactions, and visual tone
– Use data-driven insights to brainstorm and build proposed experience solutions
– Drive the definition of a clear and actionable strategic direction for content
– Evaluate content impact and push for continuous improvement
Requirements
– 4+ years of professional writing experience for web or mobile content
– Excellent writing and critical-thinking skills
– Experience working with content standards and guidelines
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
– Experience in financial services, payments, or e-commerce is preferred
