Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth and client adoption of Braintrust Nexus. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding mid-market and enterprise clients through the process of implementing AI-powered workflows and agents to enhance their business operations. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise deals
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and deployment
- Maintain a clear pipeline and forecast using Salesforce
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or HR tech sales
- Proven track record of success in selling cutting-edge technology solutions
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Fluency in English is required
