Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, and endorsing prospective Mod Contractors for MSQ client projects globally. You will work closely with our recruiting leadership team, who are seasoned global recruiters with exceptional Recruiting DNA. This position requires a keen eye for detail, experience in global recruiting, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:
- Data-driven with keen attention to details
- Experience with global recruiting and high cultural awareness
- 3-5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience
- Experience with both contractor and full-time employee recruitment
- Familiarity with ATS systems and social media platforms
Responsibilities
As a Remote Recruiter – Corporate Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Fulfilling demanding requisitions for contractor customer support engagements
- Identifying, qualifying, and recruiting full-time employees for key positions
- Moving candidates through our ATS database and managing multiple assignments
Workspace Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
- A quality headset and willingness to install MSQ security software
- A secure, reliable internet connection and a quiet dedicated workspace
