About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at Pyyne Digital, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#. You will work as a Consultant for a large US-based Insurance client out of their Brazilian office. This role requires 5-10 years of experience in software development, strong proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# programming, and hands-on experience with ASP.NET MVC and React.js.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core and C#
– Build responsive user interfaces using MVC architecture and React components
– Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries
– Implement Entity Framework for data access layer and ORM functionality
– Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
– Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices
Must-Have Skills
– 5+ years of professional software development experience in an Agile work environment
– Strong proficiency in .NET Framework/.NET Core and C# programming
– Extensive experience with ASP.NET MVC and React.js
– Advanced SQL Server skills and experience with Entity Framework
Nice-to-Have Skills
– Experience in the insurance domain or financial services industry
– Knowledge of Azure cloud services and deployment strategies
– Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
