About the Job
Synergy is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead the transformation of an existing Code on Time Construction ERP into a modern, user-friendly SaaS platform. This is a remote position with a duration of up to 3 months, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive SaaS workflows and interfaces.
– Audit the current ERP interface to identify pain points and modernization opportunities.
– Create Figma wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for ERP modules and dashboards.
– Design responsive, accessible, and scalable UI components optimized for ReactJS + Tailwind CSS.
– Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library for long-term product scalability.
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design iterations.
Qualifications & Skills
– Proven experience designing for B2B SaaS or ERP systems.
– Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
– Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and developer handoff best practices.
– Familiarity with ReactJS and Tailwind CSS concepts for component-friendly design.
– Excellent collaboration and communication skills in agile environments.
