Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Agency Project Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll have the chance to manage 1 to 5 projects of various sizes from start to finish. You’ll also manage schedules, project deliverables, budget, and resource management of the internal project team.

Responsibilities

– Manage all client project phases including AI projects, UX/UI design, and software development for 1 to 5 engagements.
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope while adhering to established methodology and processes.
– Organize and facilitate weekly client-facing meetings.
– Create and maintain detailed project plans & other project artifacts.
– Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings, including the creation of user stories and the facilitation of functional requirements documentation.

Requirements

– 3 to 6 years of client-facing project management experience.
– Must have current / previous experience in a digital agency environment.
– Proven experience managing budgets of $250K+ for enterprise-level clients.
– Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
– Proficiency with Harvest, Basecamp, JIRA, and Confluence.
