Overview:

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a background in Payments Processing Technologies? Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a talented individual to join their Enterprise Payments team on a 4-6 week project. As the Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Enterprise Payments Lead in program planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Enterprise Payments program lead in developing program planning artifacts and processes
• Reviewing existing program plans and documentation
• Identifying key stakeholders and conducting subject interviews
• Organizing technical discovery, review, and planning sessions
• Documenting findings into deliverable artifacts

Deliverables:

As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating living documents that include:

• Integrated Delivery Plans Across Workstreams
• Cross-Workstream Risk and Dependency Mapping
• Program Governance Model

Preliminary Timeline:

Week 1 – Validate Planning & Review

Week 2 – Draft per-Workstream Plans

Week 3 – Draft Resource Plan and RAID

Week 4 – Draft Program Governance & Change Management Plan

Weeks 5–6 – Iterative Review and Refinement
