Key Responsibilities
– Collaborate with clients and tech teams to understand business challenges and design appropriate analytical solutions
– Document and analyze complex business processes and translate them into system and process improvements
– Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other techniques
– Create test scenarios and support UAT to ensure system changes meet business needs
– Draft detailed user stories and business requirement documentation
– Provide input during QA and release cycles, including defect tracking and change management
– Contribute to project estimations, timelines, and documentation updates
– Support agile workflows and participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement
– May oversee tasks and deliverables of other analysts on the team
What We’re Looking For
– Degree in Business, IT, or a related field
– Prior experience in the health insurance or insurtech industry is essential
– Agile/Scrum experience is required
– Strong understanding of business analysis best practices
– Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
– Ability to create process documentation and collaborate effectively across teams
– Bonus: Health insurance certifications and technical writing skills
