We are looking for a Field Recruiter to work on our onsite data collections projects in Santa Clara, California.
Role Summary
The Local Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing participants of different demographics.
Responsibilities:
- Establish direct contact with potential candidates on a daily basis through different channels including field recruitment.
- Integrate social media and professional networking in recruitment strategies.
- Build partnerships with universities, organizations, and advertisement entities to enhance the company brand.
- Identify the most effective advertisement channels for various projects.
- Search for new and innovative ways to source candidates.
