Technical CS Associate – Blink

About the Position

– Support customers during critical launches and events
– Develop expertise in specific product lines and features
– Drive projects to improve support processes
– Assist with Blink Subscription service

A Day in the Life

As a Technical Support Associate at Blink, you will tackle technical challenges related to home security products, home networking, and mobile device configurations. You will play a key role in recommending product changes, documenting solutions, and automating log analysis. This position offers ample opportunities for personal growth and learning new technologies.

Basic Qualifications

– 3+ years of customer service experience
– Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
– 2+ years of technical support experience with a focus on customer success
– Experience with consumer WiFi/Mesh networking platforms
– Knowledge of Firewall configurations and mobile devices
– Ability to work remotely
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one other language

Preferred Qualifications

– Drive to dig into technical details to solve customer problems
– Ability to document technical issues clearly
– Curiosity and excitement to learn new technologies
– Success in a fast-paced support environment
– Experience with Salesforce CRM
