Job Summary

As a Representative II, Customer Service Operations, you will be responsible for processing orders for distribution centers and internal customers. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will be tasked with responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional service at all times.

Responsibilities

– Process routine customer orders using internal systems
– Respond to inquiries from internal customers regarding order status
– Identify and communicate resolutions to order delays
– Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address customer issues
– Ensure compliance of orders for international shipping and special requirements

Qualifications

– 1-3 years of experience preferred
– High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
– Bilingual preferred
