Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute a cohesive owned media strategy
- Craft engaging content aligned with Headway’s brand voice
- Maintain a content calendar for timely publishing
Brand & Community Engagement
- Foster community engagement and respond to comments
- Identify opportunities to build relationships with audiences
Performance & Optimization
- Track key metrics to refine content strategy
- Provide performance reports with actionable insights
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Collaborate on company initiatives and thought leadership
Qualifications
To be a great fit for this role, you should:
- Have 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing
- Be a creative storyteller passionate about mental health
- Have a track record of building engaged social communities
- Be data-driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excel in collaboration with various teams
