Position Summary

Blackbird Health is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Team. This role will support our clinical recruitment efforts by sourcing top-tier healthcare professionals, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

How you’ll make an impact:

– Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through various channels

– Manage full-cycle candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding coordination

– Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and clinical leadership

– Track and report on key recruiting metrics while identifying opportunities to improve our processes

The basics you’ll need:

– 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience

– 1 year experience working in a start-up environment

– Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate experience
