About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, developing, and managing a team that supports our suite of marketplace products. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure stable and high-performing supply management tools and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing remote teams and be able to make data-driven decisions to drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead and support a team of product support specialists
– Use data to identify coaching opportunities and drive team performance
– Maintain cross-team communication and provide transparent progress reports
– Act quickly on trends and root causes to ensure optimal customer support
– Demonstrate a strong understanding of the resale ecosystem and guide technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
– 2-3 years of experience as a frontline people manager supporting digital products
– Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing support teams
– Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
– Experience in high volume technical support
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Domo/Salesforce experience is a plus
