Key Responsibilities

• Investigate suspicious buyer activity and behavior
• Communicate with customers and merchants to make informed decisions
• Enforce Amazon’s Policy Guidelines to maintain site quality
• Identify and minimize risks posed by fraud patterns and trends
• Collaborate with business teams on special projects
• Achieve/exceed weekly productivity and quality standards

Qualifications

Basic:

• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• Customer service/retail experience
• Knowledge of fraud/risk management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication
