What is the role?
As a Product Support Contractor at Teachable, you will play a crucial role in empowering our creators to excel on our platform. You will engage with customers through various channels, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product launches. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
Qualifications:
– 1+ years of experience in product support, preferably in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Comfort providing concierge-level support and building rapport with users
– Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
Additional Details:
– Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
– This role is a non-exempt, 40-hour/week position with an hourly rate of $27.76
– This is a contract position staffed via a third-party agency
